Unfortunately, most^H^H^H^Hall matters music-related fall outside Philbert's realm. Names and other things wordy, on the other hand, are my specialty! "Hallowed Silence" seems like a pretty good name, but it is much too straightforward. You want to use some obscure synonyms to make the name seem much more complex and detailed, as that adds an air of sophistication and depth to the band. Also, some other small band out there somewhere might have already come across that name. Wouldn't want any confusion, now would we? Perhaps "Consecrated Muteness"? Of course, it does take a small bit of thought to note that Hallowed could be taken to mean Consecrated, and Silence (at least when dealing with music of some sort) requires a certain degree of muteness, or at least partial muteness.
As you can see, when it comes to music, I Phail. But for me, it's always language FTW.
Edit: My sister says "go for a clean deep voice!". As if her opinion actually matters...
