There was a totally righteous game for the NES in 1991 called "Hebereke," and it played like Mario, Sonic and Zelda all in one. You start play as Hebereke, and then run around the world to find your friends. There's Oh-Chan the cat, Sukezaemon the ghost, and Jennifer the... err, fishfrog. The game was initially released only in Japan, but a handful of cartridges written in English made their way around, and of course, the names of the characters were changed a little. Hebereke became Bop-Louis, which doesn't sound half as cool as Hebereke. Oh-Chan became Freon-Leon, even though Oh-Chan is female and Leon is tyipcally a male's name. The awesome Sukezaemon became Shades, which is blatantly generic. Jennifer became Gil, which is understandable, given that Jennifer is a male. Enough talk about the game, here's what you're after: Hebereke and all those other characters are copyright Sunsoft 1991.I even took the liberty of writing each character's name in katakana (I believe), just so you anime enthusiasts have something else to appreciate about it. Yeah, I know, the bubble lettering is hideous. I just threw it in for good measure, just in case you forgot what the game was called. I guess. Jennifer was renovated slightly in later games, but I drew him true to the NES classic. I might do a color version soon, so keep your eyes open!

Its okay. I can't draw that good. Not yet, anyway. I hope to someday become a manga maker. I'm not sure what they're really called but then again, I don't care. An Illustrater? Whatever.

Did you ever notice the disturbing lack of orange in the color blue?
I mean, how does it get by with so little orange?

Did you ever notice the disturbing lack of orange in the color blue? I mean, how does it get by with so little orange? I am contemplating making a "blue" colorscheme to correct this grievous chromatic indecency.
